De Firecracker, de wedstrijd in Engeland die uniek was door de vele speciale auto's die aan de start kwamen en tevens de massale deelname van het continent. De wedstrijd is na 25 jaar minder geworden maar nu met de 25ste proberen ze er weer een cracker van te maken.

As many of you will know Sunday 6th November marks the 25th Anniversary of the Firecracker. In the early days Firecracker was the meeting to bring out rare, old and unique material. We have been fortunate enough to see some beautifully presented Bangers over the years.



To celebrate the good old days we want to bring back the feel of the early Firecrackers for the 25th Anniversary. Here are the early details below.



1. Modern day Unlimited’s will be OUTLAWED (no Scorpio’s, Lexuses etc).

2. There will be special awards for RAREST and BEST presented cars.

3. PRI will pay £25 start money to any ORCi driver who books in by 1st October and races.

4. Overseas drivers who book in by 1st October and race will receive £50 start money.



The PRI team are working on a few other ideas for this meeting so do watch out for more news in the coming weeks.



The event will be supported by Robin Reliants and 2L Stock Cars to allow much needed repair time for the Bangers and end with the Gigantic Fire work display.



Drivers are welcome to start booking in for this. We want to produce an accurate booking in list so please make sure you include your full name, promotion and the car you are intending to race when booking in.
